In consideration for the State of Emergency, Mountain Transit is making all Rim Service free until further notice.

Big Bear Dial-a-Ride

To request a ride, call

Dial-A-Ride ID:

  1. Link to Dial-A-Ride application (attached)
  2. Customer service e-mail address to send application to.
  3. Process:
    1. Fill out Dial-A-Ride application through the above link or download the PDF to print it out.
    2. Submit the application online or email the filled out PDF to customerservice@mountaintransit.org.
    3. A customer service representative will contact you at the phone number provided to schedule an appointment for a Dial-A-Ride ID.
    4. If you are unable to send e-mail please contact customer service at 909-878-5200 Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM to schedule an in person appointment to process a Dial-A-Ride ID.

Fare-Free

Dial-A-Ride service is free to all passengers who qualify as Seniors (60 +), Veterans, and Persons with Disabilities who have a Mountain Transit issued Dial-A-Ride ID, also anyone who lives more than 3/4 mile from a fixed route bus stop within our fixed route service areas.
